SENIOR SYSTEMS ENGINEER (Ref: QP 22)

a. Windows Server 2003/2008 R2 experience (setup on a new server, Active Directory setup, Terminal Services setup, user profiles, etc)
b. Microsoft Exchange 2007/2010 setup including migrating from older Microsoft Exchange systems to new ones (or from other email platforms to 2010)
c. CCNA or equivalent experience in setting up small Wide Area Networks (head office to remote branches) either using Ethernet E-Line, MPLS, VPN mainly using Cisco routers
d. Firewall experience (setting up security policies) - Watchguard Firewall certification is a big plus
e. General LAN network setup including network design of Ethernet switches, VLANs, etc.
f. General setup of hardware (Servers, Blades, storage systems including SANs)
g. VMware Certified Professional 410 or equivalent experience - candidate must be able to setup vSphere ESXi 4.1 infrastructure environments on multiple hosts and shared storage (SAN).

The VMware I understand is very difficult to find so it's optional (preferred).
